Realtime Relay
Braille runs on an event fabric, and Realtime Relay carries it into your own systems. Every entity a workflow creates is pushed to your endpoints the moment it is approved, with more destinations to follow. Your landing zone stays raw. Braille delivers the curated layer: matched, approved, schema-validated records, ready to query.
Each entity is relayed as the run proceeds, never batched at the end of a workflow. Approval is the gate: a workflow with no approval step relays as it runs, and a denied approval pauses the workflow so nothing moves.
Entities land as JSON, one folder or table per entity type, named by its ontology: Xero Supplier Invoices, QuickBooks Bills, or your own. Every schema version is exported alongside, and every entity carries its schema version, so you validate on your side against a contract that holds.
Every relayed entity carries its run, workflow, source document, approval and timestamps, plus its Braille entity, workspace and schema IDs. HTTP delivery is at-least-once with retries.
Relays never count as workflows, and destinations never use up app connections. On Business, add up to 3 destinations at $149 a month each. Enterprise has no cap, priced per destination in your quote.

A standard run counts a half. An app-workflow, a run that matches against or writes records in a connected app, counts one. Allowances are 200, 1,000 and 6,000 workflows a month on Solo, Team and Business.

No. A resubmitted document with the same input hash is recognised and never billed.
A run that fails because of Braille is free, fixed and re-run at our cost. A run that fails because of its own inputs counts a quarter of its normal weight against your allowance, and past the allowance bills at 25% of the applicable rate.

An app installed in a workspace that Braille reads records from. Solo includes 2, Team 5, Business 15, Enterprise unlimited. Extra connections are $29, $19 and $9 a month, up to the next plan's included level.
Two kinds. Searchable entities are the records Braille downloads from a connected app (vendors, customers, jobs) so runs can match against them. They are counted per connection, and each connection downloads its own copy, so two connections to the same app, say two people's accounts, count twice. Each plan includes 2,000, 10,000 or 100,000 per connection on Solo, Team and Business. Braille-native entities are the lists you keep in Braille itself, where Braille's own database is the source of truth rather than an external app; they have their own allowance of 5,000, 25,000 or 250,000. Additional entities of either kind are $10, $9 and $7 per 10,000 a month.
A separate add-on for whole-pile jobs: unlimited data per run up to 250 MB zipped, cross-document synthesis, large schemas. S is $1,199 a month for 25 runs, M $3,999 for 100, L custom, or $60 a run. Never billed per page.
