Yes. A pack with many applicants is one document and one run. The workflow finds each applicant inside it and writes one row per person, so a pack of twenty applications is one run and twenty rows.
The ones you define. The schema is yours: name, role, location and years of experience are a starting point, and you can add anything the pack contains, such as licences, availability or salary expectation. Each field becomes a column.
Each plan sets a file size per run: 10 MB on Solo, 15 MB on Team, 50 MB on Business. The cap can be raised to the next plan's level. Rosetta takes piles up to 250 MB zipped.
The rows are written into your own Airtable base or Google Sheet through the connection you set up, and every row names the source file. The audit trail records what was written, where and by which workflow version.
